How long will it take to get my order?
Your cozy fit needs a little baking time, usually 5–8 business days depending on where you live.
What if I need to return or change my order?
We usually don’t accept returns.
But if your reason’s legit like weird defect, dog decided it’s a chew toy then we’ll try our best to replace it. No fake sob stories though, we’ve seen things :)
How do I know my size?
We’ve got a size chart ready in every product page. Pro tip: Get one size up for that perfectly cozy aesthetic look.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept online payments - Cards, UPI, wallets. Don’t worry, we won’t take your money and go to Pluto
How do I wash my Sourcream stuff?
Cold wash, gentle cycle, and absolutely no harsh detergents. Air dry for that soft, fresh feel.
Or just ask your mom, she knows better.
